Monthly campaign overview presentation to the team
Lead on regular campaign updates to key stakeholders and department leads (via relevant method)
Provide monthly team updates on campaign performance and qualified lead generation in conjunction with the digital marketing executive
Attend relevant to role training (internal and external) including Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) training/webinars/independent reading

Once you have completed all the sections of your induction plan and your manager has confirmed this, you will both need to sign below.
Please note that your initial review period cannot be signed off until all sections of this induction plan have been completed. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are competent in all areas ahead of your initial review meeting.
Your line manager will then scan this document to the People Services team to record on your file.
Although your induction plan is complete, we are committed to continuing your development and you may be set further learning or training objectives by your line manager before your first performance review or throughout your employment at HFIS.
