Getting set up

In this chapter we will cover how to login to the Total Property platform and how to activate your account. Read through the step by step guide or watch the video tutorials below.

How to login

1. Please enter the relevant email address that's linked to the account

2. Select ‘Continue’

You'll have a choice of two ways to login to the account. Option one, receive a magic link by email, or option two, get a one time passcode sent to your phone.

3. Once you have entered the passcode, then select ‘Login’

You will now be successfully logged in.

How to activate your account

1. Open the email you received from mydeposits and click ‘Create account’

2. Review your profile details, then click ‘Continue’

3. Enter your mobile number and complete the security check to confirm you are not a robot. Then click ‘Get a verification code’ to receive a one time passcode by text message

4. Enter the four digit verification code sent to your mobile number, then click ‘Continue’

5. Choose whether you would like to receive news and marketing updates from us, then agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy

6. Click ‘Finish’ to complete your account activation
