Using the Total Property platform

In this chapter, you'll learn how to use the Total Property platform. We'll show you how to add an authorised contact, update your contact details, and log out of your account. You can follow the step by step guide or watch the video tutorials below.

How to add an authorised contact

Select the drop down menu by your name, then click ‘My profile’
Select ‘Add authorised contact’
Enter the authorised contact's details, including:

- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile number
Select ‘Save’ to add the authorised contact

You have now successfully added an authorised contact to the tenant's account.

Please note: You can add more than one authorised contact if required. Authorised contacts are permitted to contact us on the tenant's behalf.

How to update your contact details

Select the drop down menu by your name, then click ‘My profile’
Scroll down to the contact details section
Update your contact information, such as your phone number or email address, as required
Once you have made your changes, select ‘Save’

Your contact details have now been successfully updated.

Top Tip: Keep your contact details up to date to make sure you receive important account notifications and communications without delay.

How to log out

Select the drop down menu by your name in the top right corner
Select ‘Log out’

You have now successfully logged out of your account.

Top Tip: Always log out when using a shared or public device to help keep your account secure.
